Men's soccer manager Marcelo "El Loco" Bielsa (of the Argentina and Chile national teams, and teams like Newell's, Vélez, and now Leeds in England) imposes different ideas and goes through life believing in them. As they wrote on a flag: "A madman is mad until his ideas triumph" or "Madman: time will prove you right." That's why we like this beautiful madness, wanting to change the world even if sometimes people don't understand or listen to you...
People recognize that his time at the club changed the players' lives, because Bielsa cares about their education from a young age, because he believes in the kids who come out of there, because he makes them work as a team regardless of whether they become great figures or not, and because he doesn't believe you have to win no matter what.
One of his sayings is: "It's not the result that matters, but the nobility of the resources used." In other words, doing things well, correctly, and working as a team to achieve the best result. Because, he says, success doesn't always happen... and is that failure?
